THE TEAM

You will be part of the Sales & Marketing team, reporting directly to the Director of Sales. The team is responsible for driving revenue across Rooms and F&B segments while building long-term relationships with key accounts locally and internationally. As (Senior) Sales Manager, you will contribute to a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

 

YOUR ROLE

As (Senior) Sales Manager, you will drive revenue growth by managing key accounts, achieving assigned sales targets, and supporting the overall sales strategy. You will ensure seamless daily operations of your assigned segments, contribute to strategic planning, and strengthen the hotel’s market presence through proactive client engagement and data-driven decision-making.

 

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE  

- Drive Rooms and F&B revenue by achieving assigned sales targets and business objectives

- Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts to ensure consistent room night production

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans and account acquisition strategies

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients

- Support and supervise the Sales team to ensure effective daily operations and performance

 

COULD THIS BE YOU?

- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field

- You bring at least 2 years of experience in a similar role within an international hotel brand

- You understand market trends, competitor dynamics, and hotel sales strategies

- You are skilled in analyzing sales data and translating insights into actionable plans

- You demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills

- You are proficient in sales systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office applications
