5.          了解掌握酒店设备的运行要求和特性，严格按照设备要求和特性操作设备。

1.          大专以上文化程度。

2.          能准确，迅速，细致的完成本职工作。

3.          遇到特殊情况的反应能力。

经验要求：

3年以上相关工作经验。

THE TEAM

You will be part of the Engineering team, which is responsible for maintaining the safety, functionality, and operational excellence of all hotel facilities. The team ensures that all technical systems support exceptional guest experiences and seamless daily operations.

This role reports directly to the Team Leader, working closely with fellow technicians and collaborating with hotel operations whenever technical support is required.

YOUR ROLE

As a Technician, you play a critical role in safeguarding the hotel’s operational reliability and guest comfort. You will be responsible for the daily operation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of systems and related equipment, ensuring they operate safely, efficiently, and in line with regulatory and brand standards.

Through proactive maintenance, precise troubleshooting, and close collaboration with the Engineering team, you will help minimize equipment downtime, support energy efficiency initiatives, and contribute to Rosewood Hotel Group’s commitment to excellence and care for place and people.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE

-            Monitor and inspect the daily operation of systems and fire alarm systems, ensuring safe and reliable performance

-            Carry out maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of all hotel equipment in accordance with preventive maintenance plans

-            Maintain accurate records for inspections, maintenance activities, faults, and materials used

-            Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety standards, operating procedures, and local regulations

-            Support energy conservation initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and system performance

-            Maintain clean, orderly work areas and report potential hazards or unresolved issues promptly

COULD THIS BE YOU?

-            You have at least three years of relevant experience in maintenance, ideally within a hotel or commercial environment

-            You possess sound technical knowledge of engineering systems

-            You take pride in working safely, accurately, and systematically, even under pressure

-            You are a team-oriented professional with clear communication skills and a service-minded attitude

-            You respond effectively to emergencies and unexpected situations, remaining calm and solutions-focused

-            You are eager to learn, grow, and participate in training, continuously developing your technical expertise
