接受水疗中心经理的管理并且遵守瑰丽酒店管理集团制定的政策与程序, 负责筹划，组织，协调并且监督健身中心的一切活动。保持积极地工作态度，做到自我约束自我监管并且管理水疗中心的员工。拥有丰富的培训经验以及确保可以带给每个客人可以一个非比寻常的体验。

任职资格：

1.          必须持有相关证书

2.          高中毕业或者高中毕业以上学历

3.          良好丰富的水疗知识和酒店各部门运营知识

4.          高效的跨部门沟通能力

5.          处理客人投诉的能力

6.          建立良好的客户关系

7.          英语流利者为佳

经验要求：

2年或2年以上五星酒店理疗师经验。

THE TEAM

Sense Spa is a dedicated team of wellness professionals committed to delivering intuitive, personalized and consistently exceptional spa experiences. Working collaboratively across Spa and Fitness operations, the team upholds Rosewood, Forbes and LQA service standards while supporting the commercial success of the department.

This role reports directly to the Head Therapist and works closely with spa management and operations teams.

YOUR ROLE

As a Spa Therapist, you play a key role in creating meaningful wellness experiences by delivering professional massage, facial and body treatments that reflect Rosewood’s service philosophy. Through your technical expertise, guest engagement and attention to detail, you will contribute to guest satisfaction, revenue performance and the overall reputation of Sense Spa, while supporting the smooth and compliant operation of the department.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE

-            Deliver professional massage, facial, body and grooming treatments in line with Sense Spa, Forbes and LQA standards

-            Provide personalized wellness recommendations and educate guests on treatments and products

-            Support daily spa operations through punctual service delivery, schedule flexibility and teamwork

-            Actively promote spa services, programs, retail products and seasonal offers

-            Maintain treatment rooms and relaxation areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and preparation

-            Uphold hygiene, safety and sanitation practices in accordance with legal and Rosewood requirements

COULD THIS BE YOU?

-            You hold a valid professional therapist license and maintain required certifications

-            You have at least 2 years’ experience as a Spa Therapist in a luxury or five-star environment

-            You possess strong knowledge of massage techniques, skincare and body treatments

-            You communicate confidently and professionally, with Mandarin proficiency and conversational English

-            You are guest-focused, goal-driven and take pride in delivering consistent service excellence

-            You are a supportive team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision
