Job Duties (including but not limited to) 主要工作职责（包括但不限于以下内容）：

Under the direction of the outlet manager and team, assist in daily operation. To provide supervision of the departments, operational associates, ensuring that standards and service are maintained in strict accordance with management policy. To answer guest requests and resolve guest problems, and to solve the complaints to ensure maximum guest satisfaction.

遵循并协助部门经理的日常运营，对部门运营员工进行全面的监督，确保标准和服务与酒店的管理政策严格地保持一致。能够准确的回答并且解决客人的问题, 随时处理客人投诉确保客人的满意度。

Requirements 任职资格：

Junior college or above, good written and oral communication skills in English and excellent written and oral communication skills in Chinese.

大专及以上学历，良好的英语书面和口头沟通能力，优秀的中文书面和口头沟通能力。

Experiences 经验要求：

1-2 years experiences in similar capacity in luxury hotel in Western restaurant.

1-2年以上豪华酒店西餐厅相关工作经验。

Familiar with western food and beverage knowledge, understand and be familiar with the specialty dishes of the restaurant.

熟悉西餐餐饮知识，了解并熟悉餐厅特色菜品。
