Job Description – Sr. Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze business performance for hotel operations to identify operational risks and opportunities for improved efficiency.
  • Manage monthly financial reporting processes, ensuring effective implementation and adherence to necessary practices.
  • Monitor progress and results, seizing opportunities for improvement.
  • Process and cleanse raw data from various data platforms for business analysis.
  • Conduct business analysis by synthesizing and analyzing business requirements, recognizing patterns, and conceptualizing processes.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the internal financial reporting system within the organization.
* Proactively identify and diagnose system issues related to hotel financial operations.
* Manage relationships with third-party vendors and effectively communicate business use cases to consultants for problem resolution.
* Act as the centralized system administrator, providing support for the generation of financial reports.

Critical Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum of two years of hospitality experience in Finance.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Proficiency in Power BI or Tableau or other reporting tools for data visualization.
  • Preferred experience with Oracle Hyperion reporting technology.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities。
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as in a collaborative work environment.
