Job Description

Arrange and manage the daily work of concierge, rationalize and improve work efficiency, improve service process, strictly implement brand standards and implement LQA. Make daily training plan as well, complete new staff training and guidance, strengthen the implementation of service concept, unified and standardized assessment system. Able to provide Rosewood Guangzhou guests and associates a unique and outstanding locker room /spa Fitness experience. Provide effective and efficient guest service. Keep the locker room clean and tidy at all times and high standard Provide members/guests with extensive knowledge of the spa and Locker Room , in order to enhance their visit.
安排和管理前台接待的日常工作，合理化提升工作效率，提升服务流程，严格执行品牌标准和落实LQA。制定完善的日常培训计划，完成新员工的培训和指导，加强对服务理念的贯彻，统一化，标准化的考核制度。并能够提供广州瑰丽客人或合作伙伴一个独特难忘的更衣室／水疗/健身房的体验。提供有效和专业高质的客户体验。更衣室每天有规律的清洁。保持高水平的清洁标准，提供瑰丽酒店会员／客人专业详细的水疗和更衣室知识和介绍，以提高客人再次拜访的机会。

 • To be fully familiar with the spa's operating philosophy, offers and actively promote them. Familiar with operating hours and service facilities and service items
   全面了解熟悉水疗中心的运营理念、优惠活动，并积极推广。熟知运营时间和服务设施及服务项目
• Based on customer opinion surveys, ensure that all improvements are implemented and train how to use them
   根据顾客意见调查结果，确保所有改进措施贯彻执行，培训如何使用
• Training on answering questions related to the hotel or service
   培训关于解答与酒店或服务相关的问题
• Assist manager in updating promotional materials
  协助经理及时更新宣传材料
• Handle guest complaints/concerns, communicate with other departments
