ABOUT THE PROGRAMME

Rosewood Hotel Group’s Management Trainee Program invites you to an accelerated learning journey that encompasses on-the-job training and exposure to corporate senior leaders. Our 12-month Program is open globally, designed for aspiring talent with a passion to kickstart their career in the luxury lifestyle sector. This program provides a tailored learning experience for you to craft your own career journey of becoming future leaders of Rosewood Hotel Group.

ABOUT THE HOTEL

The tropical city of Sanya is at once a sybaritic playground for the jet set, a trove of natural wonders and showcase of indigenous cultures -- a trip to Sanya is a journey to arouse the senses. Located in Haitang Bay, Sanya on Hainan Island, the ultra-luxurious Rosewood Sanya is the first resort in China for Rosewood Hotels & Resorts. The resort offers 246 panoramic ocean view rooms and five restaurants and lounges. Other facilities include an infinity pool located on 13th floor, a health club and Sense, A Rosewood Spa. Nearly 3,425 square meters of meeting and function space including a pillar-less ballroom, six salons and The Pavilion, a Rosewood signature residential-style meeting and function space with a sea view terrace and open show kitchen. 


COULD THIS BE YOU? 

• Recent graduate of bachelor's degree or above with top academic results 

• Less than 2 years of post-graduate work experience 

• At least two internships, or one 6-month equivalent internship experience with leading companies of any industry 

• Exceptional communication skills in written and spoken English
