Job Duties (including but not limited to) 主要工作职责(包括但不限于以下内容):
To provide supervision of the department, operational associates, ensuring that standards and service are maintained in strict accordance with hotel policy. To continually strive to build up new customers, at the same time retain the loyalty of current guests and assist in creating innovative new promotions in order to maximize Event operations profit. To be overseeing and directing all aspects of Event operations, responsible for guest service, organization and administration and managing of the Event operations to exceed guest expectation
对部门运营员工进行全面的监督,确保标准和服务与酒店的管理政策严格地保持一致。持续的吸引新客人并同时保持对忠诚客人的关心,协助酒店为客人提供具有创意的想法从而使利益最大化。能够监督与引导会议运营部部的发展方向,并且对客人服务,会议运营部门的组织管理负责,使我们的服务超越客人的期望。
Requirements 任职资格:
Junior college or above, excellent written and oral communication skills in Chinese and English.
大专以上学历,优秀的中英文书写和口头沟通能力。
Experiences 经验要求:
Min 5 years experiences in similar capacity in luxury hotel and 2 years of management experience in event operations.
5年以上豪华酒店相关工作经验,2-3年的会议运营管理经验。
