Job Duties (including but not limited to) 主要工作职责（包括但不限于以下内容）：

1. To provide excellent service as set by the department, ensuring that standards and service are maintained in strict accordance with management policy. To answer guest requests and resolve guest problems. Foresee and exceed guests’ expectation.

2. To build up good working relationship with all associates, working across areas F&B department in order to make sure standards are consistently maintained.

3. Deliver unprecedented personalization. Offer discreet recognition. Connect with guests’ passions and create memorable experiences.

4. Handle all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactory.

Requirements 任职资格：

Good interpersonal & communication skills.
