Job Duties (including but not limited to) 主要工作职责（包括但不限于以下内容）：

To be responsible for the proper efficiency and profitable functioning of the kitchen, ensuring that the functions are provided in the highest food quality, consistent with cost control and profitability margins all work is carried out in line with the hotel’s guidelines, the departmental business plan and hotel corporate guidelines and service concepts. Enforces the highest standards of sanitation and hygiene in all associate related satellite kitchens, supports the Executive Chinese Chef actively in creating restaurant menus.

负责厨房的高效运作和盈利，确保提供最高质量的菜品，且符合成本控制和利润率的要求，确保所有工作均按照酒店的指导方针、部门的经营计划、酒店集团地指导方针和服务理念进行。在与所有相关部门的合作中执行最高的卫生标准，积极支持行政中餐主厨制定餐厅菜单。

Requirements 任职资格：

1.        General skills: Must have full knowledge of cooking and presentation of food for all departments in this kitchen, must have full knowledge of sanitation requirements in handling foods, must possess strong leadership quality, training techniques, proper communication and organizational skills.

通用技能：必须充分了解部门的菜品烹饪方法和出品标准，充分了解食品处理的卫生要求，具备优秀的领导素质、培训技巧和沟通组织能力。

2.        Technical skills: Knows and understands policies relating to his department and the others, recognizes good quality products and presentation, checks and improves all service standards established by the company, supervises staff activities to maximize revenue and minimized costs. provides assistant to the associates when required during peak periods.

3.        Language: Required to have good English when it comes into understanding, speaking, and writing.

Ten Years’ of experience on kitchen field in hotel industries.
