1. Manage all brand connections between the hotel and the outside world through all sales and marketing communication channels, strengthening and maintaining the brand positioning and concept defined in the hotel's annual business plan.
2. Continuously monitor and evaluate local, domestic, and international market trends, as well as competitive hotel information, to ensure the hotel's marketing and operations remain maximally competitive.
3. Oversee integrated marketing strategies, including hotel advertising, promotions, documentation, and e-marketing, to ensure their integration and effectiveness, maintain a reasonable return on investment (ROI), keep expenditures within budget, and align with Rosewood's brand standards, policies, and procedures.
4. Facilitate weekly revenue meetings and monthly strategy meetings to develop and adjust marketing strategies, short-term pricing, and channel strategies.
5. Formulate clear and measurable monthly strategic plans to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of work.
6. Decompose objectives into various sales channels (such as online platforms, corporate clients, travel agencies, etc.) and follow up on implementation progress.
7. Provide training, development, professional discipline, and positive support to all department managers to ensure high service standards and promote individual and collective growth.
