Under the general direction of the Assistant Front Services Manager and within the limits of established Rosewood Hotels and local policies and procedures, oversees and directs all aspects of the guest relations function to achieve the highest possible guest satisfaction to all guests and with specific responsibility for each guest’s arrival and departure experience.

To ensure running of the department in the most efficient and effective manner delivering the highest possible standards of service, whilst being pro-active in maintaining and/or improving

Requirements 任职资格:
1. University Bachelor Degree and above.
大学本科及以上学历。
2. Excellent written and spoken Mandarin & English are a must.
优秀的中英文书写和口语能力。
3. Proficient at using Opera and Microsoft Office
精通OPERA系统以及微软办公软件。
4. Good interpersonal & communication skills.
良好的人际交往和沟通能力。
5. Ability to work independently and as a team.
能够独立工作和团队合作。
Experience 经验要求:
工作经验
Minimum two years’ experience in a similar capacity in a luxury or ultra-luxury international brand hotel.
至少2年在奢华五星级酒店或国际品牌的超豪华酒店的相关工作经验。
