Job Duties (including but not limited to):
PR manager to provide supervision of guest relation in MEI, work closely with all associates to maintain and reach the expectations of the guests and ensuring that standards and service are maintained in strict accordance with hotel policy. To continually strive to build up new customers, at the same time retain the loyalty of current guests and assist in creating innovative new promotions in order to maximize outlet profit. To be overseeing and directing all aspects of outlet, responsible for guest service, organization and administration and managing of the outlet to exceed guest expectation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Door management
2.Guest Relation
3.Manage guests via weChat group/other platforms and regularly promote the bar & products.
4.Collecting database of customers in MEI: WeChat and Business cards.
5.Collecting feedback from the customers in MEI.
6.Create a feedback form for yourself and have one weekly meeting with Bar operations and Bar manager.
7.Building up big spenders contact list. Work closely with Bar Manager and Assistant Managers who have already the contact of numerous guests.
8.Contacting big spenders and make sure they are coming back.

9.Brief all team members about bookings and VIPs coming to MEI.

10.Age requirement: over 18 years old


Experience:
2 years of management experience in a hotel or bar or nightclub setting.
