THE PROGRAMME Our Management Trainee Program is an accelerated 12-month learning journey taking place at our hotel properties, designed for aspiring talent with a passion to build a career in the luxury lifestyle sector. The program is dedicated to developing you with on-the-job training, exposure to corporate senior leaders, workshops, and individual self-paced learning. THE DEPARTMENT Rooms The Rooms Department ensures the smooth and efficient running of all operational aspects according to the standards set for the brand in general and the hotel specifically. The Rooms Department includes Front Office, Guest Services, Residences, Telephone, Spa/Fitness, Rosebuds, Housekeeping, Laundry and Guest Care/Security. Rosewood Guangzhou will occupy the top 16 floors and podium of the 530-meter (1,738-foot) Guangzhou CTF Finance Centre under development, which will be Guangzhou's tallest building and amongst the 10 highest in the world. The ultra-luxury hotel, located in the heart of Tianhe District’s central business area will feature 251 guestrooms and 355 Rosewood Residences, 23 of which will be duplex apartments. Dining options will include seven food and beverage venues; a bistro, bar, lobby lounge and gourmet corner. Of the nine private dining rooms in the Chinese restaurant, three will be free-standing outdoor garden villas, combinable into one space for celebratory events. On the 107th floor, a contemporary, cosmopolitan restaurant and a sky bar with cigar humidor area and fully equipped wine corner and cellar, will incorporate both indoor and outdoor space. The Manor Club residentially styled executive lounge will offer exclusive amenities, services, refreshments and surroundings for guests seeking the utmost privilege. Occupying a total of 2,250 square meters (24,200 square feet), meeting facilities will include The Pavilion, a residential-style function space; a grand ballroom of 970 square meters (10,440 square feet) with capacity for 700 persons; three function rooms; two VIP rooms; one bridal suite; and a Sky Mansion on the 108th floor featuring a show kitchen terrace. Recreational options will include a two-level Sense® spa with eight spa treatment suites, a health club and indoor pool.
