THE TEAM

You will be part of the Reservations Team within the Sales & Marketing Division, working closely with a dynamic group of reservations professionals focused on maximizing occupancy and revenue performance. This role reports directly to the Reservations Manager and supports the daily operations and development of the Reservations function.

YOUR ROLE

As a Reservations Team Leader, you will play a key role in supporting the Reservations Manager in overseeing daily reservations operations, inventory control, and yield management. Your contribution ensures optimal room availability, revenue optimization, and a seamless booking experience across all distribution channels, while also supporting team development and cross-functional collaboration within the hotel.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE 

- Support the Reservations Manager in supervising daily reservations operations to achieve optimal occupancy and revenue results

- Manage room inventory and availability across all distribution channels to maximize sales opportunities and minimize lost business

- Monitor group bookings, cut-off dates, and high-demand periods to reduce wash and attrition

- Implement reservations procedures, inventory controls, and selling strategies to support yield optimization

- Provide hands-on coaching and ongoing training to Reservations team members

- Coordinate closely with other departments to ensure smooth operational alignment and guest fulfillment

COULD THIS BE YOU?

- You have at least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably within the hotel industry

- You are highly organized with strong time management and analytical skills

- You are confident using Opera PMS and standard office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- You communicate clearly and professionally in both Mandarin and English, verbally and in writing

- You are results-driven, proactive, and take initiative in supporting business performance

- You demonstrate leadership potential, with the ability to motivate and support a team
