Job Duties (including but not limited to) 主要工作职责（包括但不限于以下内容）：

1. Responsible for the day-to-day operation and maintenance in the hotel; ensuring the normal operation of the equipment and facilities; minimizing the equipment's failure rate.

2. In charge of repairing, installation and preventive maintenance of all the hotel’s electrical equipment.

维修、安装和预防性保养所有酒店的电气设备。

3. Inspect and check the daily run of high and low voltage systems & fire systems. Monitor the normal operation of equipment and keep the records.

做好日常高低压系统、消防系统等运行巡视检查工作，做好工作日志及运行记录，监督设备的正常运行。

4. Attend to the maintenance of all the electric equipment.

参加所有电器设备的维修保养。

5. Be familiar with all the electrical power distribution and lighting systems, its operating requirement and characteristics, so as to operate in strict compliance with requirement.

了解掌握饭店配电和灯光系统以及设备的运行要求和特性，严格按照设备要求和特性操作设备。

Requirements 任职资格：

1. Education: Diploma or above.

大专以上文化程度。

2. General Skills: Must be able to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy.

能准确，迅速，细致的完成本职工作。

3. Meet special condition response capacity

Experiences 经验要求：

Minimum 3 years’ experience in Technician - Air-conditioning.

至少3年以上空调技工工作经验。
